DEADLINE FOR FILING YOUR ANNUAL RETURNS APPROACHING?
It is mandatory for all Singapore-incorporated companies to comply with the requirement of filing their annual returns to ACRA. Not to do so, can deem the company to have breached the regulations under the Companies Act. Such non-compliance can lead to penalties and in worse-cases of repeat non-compliances, prosecution. Such tasks generally falls under the duties of a Company Secretary. However, if your currently appointed Corporate Secretary does not provide this service, then CorpSec is here to assist you. Before your annual returns can be filed with ACRA, there are 2 factors which must be complied with:
- your company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) must be held; and
- financial reports must be compiled (for companies not requiring audits) ; or
- audited financial statements report (for companies not exempted from audit).
Once these are in order, we would be able to assist you in the submission of annual returns with ACRA.

A flat fee of S$360 nett per year.
